We're fully independent: no provider pays to be listed, and nothing here is ranked or endorsed. ADHD coaching isn't regulated in the UK, so training routes and requirements vary. Use this site to explore, then do your own research before committing.

No. While many ADHD coaches have lived experience of ADHD, it is not a requirement. What matters most is your training, coaching competency, and commitment to understanding how ADHD affects the people you work with.

Not currently, in the UK or most other countries. Anyone can call themselves an ADHD coach without formal training or accreditation. This is one of the reasons choosing a well-accredited training programme matters.

The ICF (International Coaching Federation) is the world’s largest professional coaching body. A course with ICF accreditation has been assessed against the federation’s standards, and completing it earns coaching education hours that count towards an individual ICF credential.

It varies significantly. Courses on this site range from 4 days to 10 months. The right length depends on your goals, budget, and whether you want an ICF-recognised qualification or a shorter CPD-focused programme.

The courses listed here range from around £795 to over £8,000. US and EU-based courses are priced in dollars and euros respectively. Cost generally reflects the depth of training, accreditation level, and ongoing support offered.
